How to Import all Stumble Bookmarks into your Firefox

I have seen most of the internet users being fans of one or the other social sites. Most internet users are into social networking (like facebook, hi5, orkut, myspace…) and few into social bookmarking (like digg, stumbleupon, delicious, mixx…. ). Social bookmarking is more familiar with bloggers who always want to grow their site and wish to drive great traffic to their blogs.

I have seen a lot people having bookmarked loads of content into their favorite social sites. Most of the times, they wish to access it some time in future, but it becomes difficult to find them sometimes. Here is the solution for all such users to access their favorite sites just by typing the topic into address bar.

Now, you can import your entire favorite list from you stumble upon profile to your firefox bookmarks. This works only on Firefox 3, and may take some minutes based on the total number of sites you have on your stumbleupon favorite list.

All you have to do is to go to stumbleupon firefox import page and click Import Now. Everything will be ok in some time and you will have your stumble treasure in your browser.

Note: This process works only for firefox 3.

Hi Pavan, it is really a great utility. Let me try and update my local bookmark list.

Thanks for sharing!

there have been instances where social media sites like digg & stumbleupon have banned users without proper reasoning. Considering that, this tip will be very helpful

@Raju

Yes, at least we can save what ever we like into our browsers…
