2. United States / Canada:

You may go for cell phone directory for US and Canada. This is an associated service of the international reverse phone number lookup service tp2location which you can use to resolve geographical location of any phone number all over the world [read old review here].

Supported Regions: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

3. United Kingdom:

There are different services available for this also. You can check out with UK  Phone Book or The Phone Book.

Nice attempt to make directories on a single web page : )

@Talkfree7

Hey, its not directories on a single web page, its just linking to different directories :)

how to search a mobile no by name only

@snehalata gupta

You may get thousands to lakhs of numbers if you search using name only. It is very difficult to find a lost person’s number that way, may be social sites help you in that if they use the right profile photo.

Also, it is not guaranteed that every operator will disclose the telephone numbers due to privacy concerns. There will be some hope if you have the address too.
