How to Remove Multiple / All Folders in Picasa

If you use Picasa image management software and are annoyed with the feature it caches all images automatically. Here is how you can exclude it from scanning images from your hard disk folders. Remove certain folders from scanning / remove multiple or all folders from scanning by Picasa.
