However, following the link to your step by step and proceeding there did allow me to finally install. I acknowledged that on that page and thanked you since I have tried several other "step-by-steps" and could not accomplish the goal. One thing about the video as versus the step-by-step is the sequence of installing Word Press. Here installing WordPress is after creating the database, there it is before creating the database. Installing WordPress before creating the database made the search through Firewall permissions unneeded when you use your suggested addresses.
